How This Got a “Yes”

I’d been sitting on the BikeDesk idea for a while. When our CCO asked for ways to promote the agency, I tossed out a few concepts. Polite pass. Then I showed him this. Instant yes.

We built it for Bike to Work Week—to promote Havas Chicago, but also to make the point in the loudest possible way: biking doesn’t have to be a separate “thing.” It can just be part of your day.

I rode it around the city on purpose—because if you can get people to look up and smile, you can get them to think, “Maybe I could bike, too.” The goal was to inspire people to slow down, explore their city, and commute by bike.

And if you spotted it, you were part of it: snap a photo and share #BikeDesk.
